The black one is the smallest at 4″ high, and the oldest if I’m going by its inscription;
To Selma from her Teacher in 1925.
How sweet is that?
I love the colours of these two large wooden balls, but I have no idea what they are.
They’re solid, and have a hole in the bottom.
Years ago I had a large collection of vintage figural salt & peppers that I sold off pair by pair. Now when I find them I keep them for a while to enjoy, and then I’m happy to let them go.
Now I collect small glass, aluminum, and silver plate sets only. I shared my small salt and pepper collection a while back.
These three sets of vintage Japan salt & peppers still have their original cork stoppers. I have no idea what the middle ones are supposed to be. Some kind of veggie I suppose.
Thanks so much for reading!
